Head up the gangway to board the ship, follow the arrows and climb ladders to explore 9 levels. It takes about 2 hours to explore the ship at your own pace.

Is there a Ghost Ship?

The most exciting and scary haunted experience in Wilmington is the Ghost Ship for three weekends in October. Starting in mid-October, Battleship NORTH CAROLINA transforms into a foggy shade of green with zombies and ghosts haunting the dark decks and terrifying your soul. Tickets are only $10 and go on sale each night at 6:30. You can take the free water taxis from the boat dock at the Hilton Wilmington Riverside. The Ghost Ship is not recommended for young children, as it is super scary!

What should I wear/bring?

The Ship is huge and not air conditioned so dress in comfortable clothes and shoes to explore. Bring your camera to capture pictures of this historic memorial.
