Reservations

Q: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make changes to my reservation. How do I do this?

A: Please contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.

Q: Is there an early check in?

A: One can be requested; however, we cannot promise that it will be full filled. That will be passed on the occupancy level of the hotel the night before.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: 24 hours. Groups need to give 72 hours.

Q: What is required in at check in?

A: Photo ID and credit card

Q: Can I pay cash for my room?

A: Yes, we will still need either a credit card on file with a $50 hold on the account or $50.00 deposit cash per night for incidentals.

Q: Do you have rollway's and cribs? Is there a charge for these items?

A: Yes, we have both, they will be $10 extra per day.

Q: Do you have government/military rates?

A: Yes, please have identification.

Q: Is breakfast included?

A: No, breakfast is not included; however, we do have a breakfast buffet for $14.25 per person and we also have a menu-prices will vary.

Q: Do your rooms come with a fridge?

A: Some rooms have them and some don't. If you would like one, please call ahead so that we can try our best to accommodate you with a refrigerator.

Q: Do your rooms come with a microwave?

A: No, however, there is a microwave available 24/7 in the lobby for guest.

Q: Do you have accessible rooms?

A: Yes, 2-double bed suites, 2 king bed suites, 6- King roll in showers.

Q: Do you have an early departure fee?

A: Yes, one night's room rate.

Q: Do you have a late departure fee?

A: Yes, till one depending on occupancy. 3PM check out is a half day charge, anything past 3PM will be a full day charge.

Q: What time is check in/check out?

A: Check in 3PM/ Check out 11AM

Q: Is there an early check in?

Q: Is there self-parking? How much? Is there valet? How much?

A: No, parking cost $11.00 for self-park and $15 for valet; with come and go privileges. HHonors members can valet for $11.00.

Q: Do you allow smoking on or inside the property?

A: We have three smoking rooms; Guests can smoke outside in the designated areas.

Q: Do you offer Wi-Fi? Is it free?

A: Yes, free in guest rooms and in the public area of the hotel. If using the meeting space, you need to purchase the Wi-Fi.

Q: Do you have a pool? Do you have a hot tub?

A: Pool

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Service animals only, please have paper work.

Q: Do you have any restaurants on site? What are their hours?

A: Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Bar opens at 3PM seating starts at 5PM-10PM.
Innovations M-F 6:30AM-2PM then 5PM-10PM, Sat-Sun 7AM-2PM then 5PM-10PM

Q: Do you have room service? What are their hours?

A: Yes, 6AM-11PM closes at midnight on Friday and Saturday
